Q. How do I order?
A. Please place your order online using our online order page – this will walk you through the steps to successfully placing your order.
Q. Can I get samples before ordering?
A. Samples can be supplied free of charge to help you order the correct sizes. Please note, if an order is not placed we either need the samples returned at your cost or will charge for these – please click here to order samples.
Q. How do you need me to supply my order?
A. Please supply your order as a list or Microsoft Excel document detailing students name/nickname (if required), garment type, colour and size plus any other special requirements.
Q. How do I supply the names for the leavers design/artwork?
A. Please supply a Microsoft Excel document with the order detailing the names you want to appear i.e forms or alphabetically. We will supply you an artwork proof to check before proceeding to print.
Q. How much will my garments cost?
A. The prices quoted are inclusive of print, design, delivery and VAT – there are no hidden charges unless stated.
Q. Do you have a minimum order policy?
A. Yes, in order to keep prices consistently low we have had to implement a 30 garment minimum per order – apologies for anyone this excludes.
Q. I have been through all the designs and can’t see exactly what I want, can you do something special for me and is there an extra charge?
A. Simply send us a drawing, a photograph, a scribble, anything…as long as it shows us what you want. If you want a simple alteration to one of our existing designs just tell us and we can accommodate your request at no extra charge.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. We accept cheque and BACS transfer. If the order is made by your school then we will invoice upon completion, if organised individually we will require full payment on completion of your order and prior to dispatch.
Q. Do I have to pick up my order?
A. No, delivery is free of charge to one UK address.
